How to make delicious Velento Chilli Beef Flavour Soya Mince
  1. Chop up an onion and add to two cups of water (500ml)
  2. Bring to a boil.
  3. Mix 200 gm of Velento soya mince with a little water to make a paste.
  4. Add Velento soya mince mixture into pot of boiling water.
  5. Cook for 15-20 minutes with the lid on, stirring frequently.
  6. For extra goodness add some frozen vegetables after 15 minutes of cooking.
  7. Serve with Pap or Rice.
